Writers Reach Tentative Agreement

The writer's strike may end in as little as two weeks once the membership agrees to it. The full write-up can be found here. As far as how this would effect the filming of Star Trek XI, it just means that while directing JJ Abrams can start doing on the fly re-writes of lines and the like as needed. However, since principle photography is half-way complete, I suspect the impact will be small.
