In a tweet from Simon Pegg, he confirmed that Star Trek Beyond has ended principle photography, "That's a wrap on Star Trek Beyond! Writers, Doug Jung and Simon Pegg consider life after Trek." What that means for fans is nothing considering the cone of secrecy on the production meant we know nothing about the film now and that will just remain the same. For the cast, they can do other things while the pro-production team starts doing the heavy lifting with special effects, sound editing and a whole lot more.
